These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the hi bajji platform by all registered players in Bangladesh. Please read this agreement carefully before creating an account or placing any bet or wager on hi bajji.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
The hi bajji platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account or using any feature of the hi bajji platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age. hi bajji takes underage gambling extremely seriously. During the registration process, you will be required to confirm your date of birth. hi bajji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time — including government-issued photo identification such as a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all transactions voided, and any balance forfeited. hi bajji may report such cases to the relevant authorities where required by law.
Geographic Eligibility
The hi bajji platform is designed for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the hi bajji platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your location. hi bajji makes no representation that the services are lawful or appropriate in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh. Access from restricted jurisdictions is strictly prohibited.
Single Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold one Account on hi bajji. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds associated with them may be forfeited. If you have accidentally created more than one account, you must contact support at [email protected] immediately.
Not Acting on Behalf of Another
You must register and play on hi bajji solely on your own behalf. Operating an account on behalf of a third party, allowing a third party to control your account, or using another person's payment methods for deposits or withdrawals is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of hi bajji services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals, you must create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes at any time after registration.
Registration Information
During registration, you will be asked to provide your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You may also be required to set a username and a secure password. All information provided must be truthful and must match the identity documents you hold. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account closure.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any other person. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hi bajji immediately at [email protected] so that your account can be secured. hi bajji will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Identity Verification (KYC)
hi bajji reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time — including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing account review. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission, a Bangladesh passport, or a Bangladesh driving licence. hi bajji may also request proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by hi bajji may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.
Account Accuracy Obligation
You agree to keep all account information up to date. If your registered mobile number, email address, or payment wallet changes, you must update your account details promptly. hi bajji sends important security notifications, withdrawal confirmations, and promotional communications to your registered contact details; it is your responsibility to ensure these details are accurate and accessible.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
hi bajji supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through approved Bangladeshi mobile financial services (MFS). The currently supported payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay (United Commercial Bank). hi bajji does not accept deposits via international credit or debit cards, bank wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or any method not listed on the payments page of the platform.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on hi bajji is ৳500. The maximum deposit per transaction may vary by payment method and is displayed within the deposit interface at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your hi bajji Balance instantly upon confirmation by the relevant MFS provider. hi bajji does not charge a fee for deposits, though your MFS provider may apply their standard transaction charges. You are solely responsible for any charges levied by your mobile wallet provider.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. hi bajji aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes of submission during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or if your account is subject to a pending KYC verification review. hi bajji does not guarantee withdrawal processing times and will not be held liable for delays caused by the MFS provider.
Currency
All transactions on hi bajji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied. If you attempt a transaction from a non-BDT source, the transaction will be declined.
Anti-Money Laundering
hi bajji is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of prohibited activities. hi bajji reserves the right to investigate any transaction it deems suspicious and to request supporting documentation from the player. Funds deposited on hi bajji must originate from sources that are lawfully owned by the registered account holder. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. hi bajji may delay, freeze, or void transactions pending investigation without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of financial crime.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct
All sports bets placed on hi bajji are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the relevant betting page. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that market. In the event of any conflict between general rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.
Bet Acceptance
A bet is only considered accepted and binding once you have received a confirmed bet reference number on the platform. hi bajji reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion — including bets placed at odds that were published in error, bets placed after an event has commenced where in-play betting was not offered, and bets placed by accounts suspected of engaging in Prohibited Activity. hi bajji's decision on bet acceptance is final.
In-Play Betting
In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events, including live BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL cricket fixtures. In-play odds are updated in real time and may be suspended momentarily around key match events such as wickets, boundaries, and review decisions. hi bajji will not be held responsible for bets placed during a temporary odds suspension that were accepted on incorrect odds — such bets may be voided at hi bajji's discretion.
Casino Game Rules
Casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — are governed by the individual game rules published by the respective game provider. All casino games available on hi bajji use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, use real cards and roulette wheels operated by professionally trained dealers. hi bajji does not manipulate game outcomes. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on hi bajji and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balance:
- Placing bets using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of games or betting markets
- Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the platform software to gain an unfair advantage
- Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit discrepancies between hi bajji's odds and other operators' odds in a systematic manner
- Placing bets with inside knowledge of event outcomes (match fixing, spot fixing)
- Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts or using coordinated strategies solely to extract bonus value
- Attempting to launder money or conduct any other financially illegal activity through the platform
hi bajji monitors all betting activity for unusual patterns. Players identified as engaging in Prohibited Conduct will have their accounts closed, their funds forfeited where legally permissible, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Disputed Outcomes
If you believe a bet result or game outcome has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with hi bajji support at [email protected] within 30 days of the event settling. Disputes raised after this window may not be reviewed. hi bajji's final determination on disputed outcomes, made after reviewing all available data, shall be binding.
Bonuses & Promotions
hi bajji offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the ICC tournament calendar. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds awarded to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real money. The wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement) applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's terms. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 10x wagering requirement must generate ৳10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus value can be withdrawn. Only bets placed using real money balance or bonus funds (as specified per promotion) count towards wagering requirements. Bets on markets or games excluded from wagering contribution will not count.
Bonus Validity Period
All bonuses have an expiry date. If the applicable wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be removed from your account. Expiry periods are stated per promotion and begin from the time the bonus is credited. It is your responsibility to check bonus expiry dates.
One Bonus at a Time
Unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion's terms, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. If you have an active bonus, depositing and requesting a second bonus before the first is cleared may result in the second bonus being declined or the first bonus being forfeited. Bonus Abuse
hi bajji takes bonus integrity seriously. Any player found to be systematically abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, using coordinated betting strategies solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion — will have their bonus cancelled, any associated winnings forfeited, and their account closed. hi bajji's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.
hi bajji's Right to Modify Promotions
hi bajji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to an active promotion will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, but hi bajji reserves the right to cancel a promotion if it believes the promotion has been activated fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

Account Suspension & Closure
hi bajji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms & Conditions or in a manner that is harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.
Grounds for Account Suspension or Closure by hi bajji
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
- Failure to pass identity verification (KYC) within the specified timeframe
- Breach of the single account policy (multiple accounts)
- Engaging in any form of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 5
- Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
- Underage gambling confirmed by KYC documents
- Player self-exclusion request (see Section on Responsible Gaming)
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months
- Any other material breach of these Terms & Conditions
Effect of Account Closure
Upon account closure for breach of these Terms & Conditions, hi bajji may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed — particularly in cases of fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse — hi bajji reserves the right to void all bets, transactions, and bonuses associated with the account and to forfeit the balance in its entirety. In cases where closure is not related to a breach (for example, voluntary closure by the player or closure due to inactivity), any verified real money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment wallet after the completion of any applicable withdrawal processing period.
Voluntary Account Closure
If you wish to close your Account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting hi bajji support at [email protected]. Please ensure that you have settled any active bets and withdrawn any available balance before requesting closure. hi bajji will confirm account closure by email within two business days of receiving a closure request. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reactivated upon written request, subject to re-verification of identity.
Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. hi bajji will attempt to notify the registered email address before classifying an account as inactive. Inactive accounts with a zero balance will be closed. Inactive accounts with a positive balance will be retained for a further period of 12 months, during which the player may reactivate the account by contacting support. After this combined 24-month period without activity, hi bajji reserves the right to permanently close the account and handle any remaining balance in accordance with applicable regulations.
Limitation of Liability
hi bajji provides the platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While hi bajji endeavours to maintain a reliable, secure, and uninterrupted service, it cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors, delays, or technical interruptions. hi bajji shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
Limitation of Financial Liability
hi bajji's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. hi bajji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, regardless of how such losses arise.
Third-Party Game Providers
Casino games, live dealer products, and crash games on hi bajji are developed and operated by independent third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. While hi bajji only partners with globally audited providers, hi bajji does not accept responsibility for errors, malfunctions, or service interruptions originating within third-party game software. In the event of a confirmed game malfunction that affected the outcome of a round, the affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
Force Majeure
hi bajji shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, governmental actions, power failures, internet service provider failures, cyberattacks, or any other event that could not have been prevented by the exercise of reasonable care. In such circumstances, hi bajji's obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
Your Responsibility
You acknowledge that gambling involves an element of financial risk and that you may lose money placed as bets or wagers. hi bajji is not responsible for gambling losses incurred by players using the platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of hi bajji is lawful in your jurisdiction, that you gamble within your financial means, and that you seek help if you believe your gambling behaviour is causing harm to yourself or others. hi bajji strongly encourages all players to review the Responsible Gaming guidelines before playing.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. hi bajji will make every reasonable effort to resolve player disputes through its internal customer support process. If a dispute cannot be resolved through support channels, both parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other formal remedy. All formal communications regarding disputes must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Amendments to These Terms
hi bajji reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the hi bajji platform after any changes to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
